 ROOMS DESCRIPTION 

All of our rooms and mini suite duplex have a southern exposure and are equipped with bath and independent toilet, towel warmer, hair-dryer, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and radio, minibar, safe and telephone with direct-dial number, message and wake-up service.
Double rooms have a large bed (160-cm width) or king-size bed (200 cm).
Twin rooms have 2 beds (100 cm each).
The layout of our mini suite duplex is as follows :
- upper level: small cosy attic-room, with large bed
  (160 cm width), TV, bathroom and toilet
- lower level: separated from above by a door, sitting room/bedroom with a
  single bed (90cm width) and a pullout bed (85cm width), bathroom and
  independent toilet, TV, minibar, safe, bay window, terrace.
Mini suite duplex no. 12 has an additional Alpine-style alcove, separated from the sitting room/bedroom by a door, with skylight and a single bed (90cm width). 

According to European regulations, all our rooms and the entire hotel are
non-smoking.

Hotel non available for disabled, due to architectural restraints (a 17th century house, no lifts possible). But we will be happy to welcome people suffering other types of disability (deafness, hard of hearing, blindness).

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Rooms are available from 15h30 the day of arrival and must be released at 11am the day of departure
Reservations are only confirmed until 6 pm : a late arrival must be notified when reserving.
A late departure, as far as possible and confirmed by the hotel, will be charged 50% of the price of the room until 5pm and 100% after 5 pm.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Booking service opened from 9am to 9pm. 

Reservation is confirmed on reception of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. In case of no payment of the deposit before the requested date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Charges on bank transfers are not assumed by the hotel.

Booking terms :

- For any stay from 1 to 7 nights : Until 7 days before the day of arrival,
  the deposit  is refunded (less the 15 € cancellation fee which will be kept
  by the hotel). In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival
  or in case of no show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay
  as compensation.
- For any stay of 8 nights or over : Until 30 days before the day of arrival,
  the deposit  is refunded (less the 15 € cancellation fee which will be kept
  by the hotel). In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival
  or in case of no show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay
  as compensation. 

For any cancelled, delayed or shortened reservation, whatever the reason, the hotel has to be compensated for the loss. Consequently, the deposit is due for any reservation and is deductible only at the end of the stay.

We suggest our customers to purchase an insurance for cancellation
so they may be refunded in case of total or partial cancellation of the stay.
